“In my search for answers to my questions I found, in Kelly, a knowledgeable, compassionate, humorous and intelligent person to share my journey. She helped me understand who I am and how I can accept myself – warts and all. Our time together has been difficult, enlightening, and at times hysterically funny. I am so lucky to have had a partner in this effort, pointing out my strengths, weaknesses and encouraging me. After all, I am only human. I couldn’t have had a better guide.” – JL

“Before working with Kelly, I felt increasingly discouraged with my complicated life. I had tried many, many different approaches to weight loss and self-improvement with limited and relatively short-term success. The magic bullet that would fix me and my life had eluded me for years, yet I continued to search for solutions outside of myself. I was stuck and feeling very discouraged. Through working with Kelly, I have come to understand that I am not broken. I am worthy of compassion, especially from myself! I have gradually found that the power to heal is within me. Drawing from her years of experience, training, and collective wisdom, Kelly guided my journey, helping me find my way. My favorite thing about working with Kelly is her enthusiasm for her work! She’s the real deal, and the best ever therapist! I am eternally grateful for having had the opportunity to work with her.”

“Kelly has done so much to help me; I’ve made more progress with her in just a few months than I had in years of therapy previously.  Kelly was very intentional and focused on the goals of my therapy with her – I always knew what we were working on, why we were working on it, and how what we were doing mattered to my goals.  We did EMDR and she provided the guardrails needed to go deep into uncomfortable memories to process them in ways that have helped me immensely.  I was able to see real progress in the way that I process and respond to anxiety-provoking situations, and my energy level improved. I started to do less numbing and avoidance behaviors and more direct action. I also began to examine anxiety-causing situations more closely without becoming triggered, instead looking for what lessons my emotions are trying to teach me.  While I’m certainly still a work-in-progress, I am hugely grateful for the way I have evolved as a result of working with Kelly.”

“My favorite thing about the program was Kelly’s non-judgmental, nourishing coaching style.  She helped me to feel empowered to take better care of myself.  I learned a lot about myself and what works (and what doesn’t work.) for me!”
